Jerusalem Mayor Ehud Olmert strongly denounced US Ambassador Indyk’s comments last week that there is no solution to the impasse over Jerusalem but to divide the city.
For the first time ever, a U.S. government official, Ambassador Martin Indyk, said the city of Jerusalem, “is not, and cannot be, the exclusive preserve of one religion.”
