UK Foreign Minister, Kim Howells, denounced the Hizbullah attack and kidnap that occurred Wednesday on Israel’s northern border. “We censure Hizbollah’s infiltration and missile attacks on northern Israel. We are especially worried by reports of the kidnap of IDF soldiers,” he said.
