Plea from U.S. Military mother – Deborah Johns

An email from Deborah Johns:

Last year thousands upon thousands of you joined with Move America Forward and me as as we led the “You Don’t Speak for Me, Cindy” tour that countered anti-war radical, Cindy Sheehan. As the mother of a U.S. Marine who has served repeated tours of duty in the war on terrorism – including Iraq – I was not going to sit back and allow anyone to smear the good name and reputation of my son, William, and the heroic men and women of the United States military.

Well, now the story of our efforts is being chronicled in a new book, “American Mourning” by Melanie Morgan (Chairman of Move America Forward, radio host on KSFO 560 – San Francisco, columnist at WorldNetDaily) and Catherine Moy of the Vacaville Reporter.

It’s now up to us to get this book to the Top of the Bestsellers Lists so we can finish telling the story that Cindy Sheehan DOES NOT speak for us.

This wonderful book showcases two American families who lost their sons in Operation Iraqi Freedom: Cindy Sheehan and the loss of her son Casey; and Joe & Jan Johnson who lost their son, Justin.

While Cindy Sheehan never took the time to place a headstone on her son’s grave and dishonored and disrespected his service to this nation, Justin’s father, Joe, went over to Iraq to fight and kill the terrorists who had killed his son.

This is a riveting and captivating book that will touch your heart. “American Mourning” is also packed with information on Cindy Sheehan that will shock you!

I am honored that an entire chapter of the book is dedicated to our national “You Don’t Speak for Me, Cindy” caravan to Crawford, Texas where we stood up against the anti-war radicals who had camped out in a dirty, dusty ditch. I had the wonderful opportunity to meet tens of thousands of Americans at the rally stops we made along the way from San Francisco to Crawford, and then again in a bus tour from San Francisco to Washington, D.C. Your kind words and inspirational letters and emails gave me the strength to keep going morning, noon and night – even when I was ready to pass out from exhaustion.

Now that story of your efforts will be shared with America.

Please, go to Amazon.com right now and order “American Mourning” – and not just one copy; order this book and give it out to friends and family members. Provide a copy to a U.S. service member and tell them that America supports them, no matter what the anti-war/anti-military crowd and news media say otherwise.

All my best,

Deborah Johns
