Led by American evangelist Pat Robertson, thousands of Christian pilgrims gathered in the Holy Land, (which is legally named Israel, although the Washington Compost hedges its obligation to refer to the sovereign and legitimage nation of Israel in order to capitulate to its Arab readers) this week to express support for Israel.
More than 4,000 people joined this year’s annual pilgrimage, about 25% higher than the past three years, according to organizers with the International Christian Embassy.
